The IRF Roads Scholar Career Fair provides IRF member organizations an opportunity to meet with hundreds of top-level students attending IRF universities. These students are selected by their professors and recommended as someone the professors would hire to work for them.
- Meet face-to-face with students hand-picked by their professors
- Receive hundreds of resumes from students specializing in road and transportation-related fields
- Connect with a large pool of uniquely-skilled candidates to choose from
- Interview students on-site in private office rooms provided by IRF
A complimentary exhibit booth with a table and chairs will be provided to all IRF members who register and attend this event. Also, companies will received a CD with all of the students' resumes and access to private office space to conduct on-site interviews.
