Barbara O’Connor joins IRF Washington Staff
A former director of Business Development for the Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITSA) and the International Bridge, Tunnel & Turnpike Association (IBTTA), O'Connor will serve as vice president of membership and business development. In this new position, O'Connor will contribute to building stronger relationships with current IRF members and increasing the membership base of the IRF.
