The IRF Road Scholar Career Fair provides IRF member organizations access to students attending IRF universities who have been hand-selected by their professors for this program. During the event, companies and organizations will have the opportunity to meet these bright and up-and-coming students, review resumes and even conduct one-on-one interviews with promising candidates.
Students at IRF universities will equally benefit from this program by meeting face-to-face with executives and recruiters from some of the road industry’s top firms. These companies will be searching to fill positions in the United States and abroad. The program is open to U.S. and international students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
By earning the distinction of an IRF Road Scholar by their professors, these students will gain a decided advantage over other potential candidates and get exclusive access to IRF member firms.
This event is free for all Road Scholars and IRF members. For employers, a complimentary table-top booth and chairs will be provided.
