Juan Morales, P.E. hired as Vice President of Road Safety and Latin American and Caribbean ProgramsThe International Federation-Washington (IRF-Washington) has announced the hiring of Juan M. Morales, P.E. as its vice president for Road Safety and Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) Programs. In this position, Morales will be in charge of IRF-Washington's road safety programs including the development and implementation of various training initiatives and advocacy efforts, and to develop a short, medium and long-term plan to address the needs of IRF's members in the LAC.
