IRF Holds 2009 Fellowship Program

On Wednesday, January 28th, the House approved their $819 billion economic stimulus package titled "the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act." The bill passed on a nearly party line vote 244-188 with all 177 Republicans voting against the measure. More

IRF Examiner - Call for Papers

IRF is now accepting papers covering topics under five areas: road safety, pavement performance, road financing, ITS, and sustainability for the next issue of the IRF Examiner.

This latest publication from IRF is an opinion journal which examines pressing road issues. It not a technical journal with peer review, but rather a forum for road professionals, academia, and practitioners to examine and opine on road-related topics. For more details, please contact Scott Pearce
