Using the latest technology along with ever changing ideas, Trinity is able to create exciting new products. Working with a diverse group of inventors and transportation research institutions, Trinity has helped develop energy-absorbing devices, and is presently working on the next generation
of highway safety products.
DEVELOP
By working closely with each state’s Depart-ment of Transportation and toll road entity, Trinity’s sales and marketing teams are able to aid in the product approval and specification process. Once approved, specified and let, we begin the manufacturing process in one of our six highway safety product facilities.
TEST
Trinity uses several test facilities, including the Texas Transportation Institute, to conduct the required crash tests for product approval by the Federal Highway Administration. Each product must meet the requirements of NCHRP-350. Test results are then presented to the Federal Highway Administration for review and acceptance to use on the National Highway System.
