Korea Transport Institute (KOTI)

The Korea Transport Institute (KOTI) is an official research agency for the Korean government as well as the largest transportation research agency in Korea for improving the safety and efficiency of the transport system. The mission of KOTI is to provide recommendations and alternatives for the nation's transport policy and to assist in creating the optimal transport system through specialized research and technical innovations, while positioning itself as one of the world's leading transport research institutions.

History

The Korea Transport Institute (KOTI) was established by the Korean government in 1987 for the purpose of providing national transport policies and creating the optimal transport system for the Korean people through specialized research and innovative technical developments.
