Material Production
QBC Readymix produces concrete of high quality from its state-of-the-art plant. It delivers over a wide radius and possesses a number of pumps and an impressive fleet of mixer trucks. It tests its own product to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
QBC Hydraulically - pressed concrete plant produces up to 1500 units of road curbs, pavings and cable tiles.
QBC Asphalt Plant produces and lays asphalt pavements up to airfield quality (Supplier of asphalt (all Marshal Design Mixes) + Prime Cost and Tack Coat ). Its fleet of road construction plant ensures a quality end product complying with today’s exacting standards and demanding environment.
BC Precast Division also produces and markets a variety of precast concrete products most commonly used for the diverse utility installations associated with pavement works.
Precast Items:
- Standard: Precast such as Soakaway Rings,Gully pots & Reinforced cover slabs of various sizes for surface water disposal, street Bollard,Vehicle Barrier Units,Manhole Rings and Slabs (including borehole drilling) as per QCS/QNBS specification. Valve chambers in accordance with KHARMAA's specification.
- Special Requirement: Also we have the ability to cast various precast items in accordance with the special needs of various governmental and statutory organizations.
Mould for Production
Moulds for precast concrete products are built in own workshop as per the client specification and design.
Material Testing Laboratory Established to keep quality control and quality assurance of our products and maintaining the standards for Concrete precast Items and asphalt mixes.
Road Marking & Safety Works
Road marking, Fixing of road studs, erections of road signs & concrete safety barriers.
