Japan Road Association
Japan Road Association is a corporate juridical person conducting diverse activities for studying ideal road policies that are essential to people's lives and actively promoting the diffusion of knowledge on roadways, the development of roads and the progress in transportation through various roles of domestic and overseas roadways.
This association was established in June 1947 by uniting the two organizations that had extensively contributed to the development of roads in Japan, the Road Improvement Association and the Japan Road Technology Association. Since then the association has carried out its activities for over 50 years completely synchronized with the rapid progress of road projects in this country.
