Great Man-Made River Co. for Reclamation and Construction
It is established in accordance with decision of the general peoples committee No.(1993/739), its memorandum of association certified by decision No.(2000/33) by the peoples committee of the execution and management the project of the Great man made river system, it is a Libyan joint-stock company, registered at the commercial record under No.(53404), dated 02/11/2000, the company enjoys with a legal personality and independed financial liability and carrying out its activities as per the commercial law rules.
