Since its foundation in 1949, BCEOM has been accompanying its clients in the accomplishment of their projects.

In France, BCEOM performs technical assignments for through its subsidiary Egis Eau the State or local authorities in sectors of prime importance for the population as they often directly concern the improvement of living standards.

Internationally, BCEOM is active in over 90 countries. It plays a leading role in major development projects financed by the international funding institutions (European Union, World Bank, regional development banks, etc.).

Our teams of specialists (engineers, technicians, economists, financial, legal and institutional experts) participate in all types of projects (planning studies, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed technical studies and designs, works supervision, impact studies, technical assistance and auditing) in the following three broad sectors:

  • Transport infrastructure facilities (construction, rehabilitation, maintenance):

  • Economic development and institutional strengthening:
    Social-economic assessment and financing public infrastructure facilities (planning, budgetary planning, public-private partnerships), transport economics, institutional/policy advice, supporting sectoral policies and economic integration, legal reform, modernising administrations and public services, training, etc.
