The aim of Advanced Drivers of America, Inc., is to highlight the massive benefits of enhanced driving standards and, importantly, to reinforce people's enjoyment of driving.
We encourage all drivers to improve their skills and safety through genuine advanced driver training.
The courses and qualifications we offer will always be of equal standard to the best-available, public-road driver training in the world, and in terms of reducing the risk of crash involvement will dramatically outweigh the many inferior yet so-called advanced driving courses that are currently available in North America (in other words, courses that do not meet the standards outlined in the definition of advanced driving that is viewable here). Our confidence in this claim is based on the fact that the "System of Car Control" method has been continually refined for more than 70 years (i.e. since 1935) by and for the traffic police in Britain, whose reputation as world leaders in safe road driving is indisputable.
It is our objective to provide authoritative advice, definitive standards and the highest levels of driver training and assessment. The overriding goal is to maximize safety for all participating drivers, for public roads in North America. This will be achieved by following global best practice, by virtue of our own, long-term expertise in this field, and by developing strong relationships with all appropriate bodies
